100 free Nectar points for giving Sainsbury’s your insurance renewal dates

We have written about Tesco’s offer to give you bonus Clubcard points when providing them with your insurance renewal dates. It’s an easy and quick way to grab some free points without spending any money.

Sainsbury’s has launched a similar offer, so why not take advantages of this one as well?

You receive 100 bonus Nectar points for giving Sainsbury’s Bank the month your insurance needs to be renewed.

It is as easy as it sounds.

Follow this link to the Sainsbury’s bank website and put in your details including Nectar card number.

Put in the renewal months for your car insurance, home insurance, pet insurance and travel insurance, submit the form and within 60 days the 100 Nectar points will have reached your account.

There is no expiry date for this promotion, however Sainsbury’s ‘reserves the right to alter, cancel or withdraw the promotion without prior notice’.  You can only do it once per household according to the rules.

Comments

  1. Not worth it for 50p worth of points that can’t be converted to anything useful! At least Clubcard points can be converted to Avios at a decent rate.

    • I find holding onto the points until a deal comes along (such as the 2 PizzaExpress pizzas for £5 of points, or double value eBay vouchers) makes them worthwhile, and every little helps (to steal the Tesco mantra!).

  2. I convert 500 Nectar points to Nectar Swim vouchers, which makes a visit to a good local gym with pool £2.50 instead of £8+. So I don’t mind these extra 100 points, didn’t know about it. Thank you!

  3. It may only be 100 points but took 30 secs each for me and wife. Easy peasy.
