We all know easyJet has got cheap(ish) flights and that you can’t earn any airmiles flying with them (the loyalty scheme easyJet launched recently is targeted at their most loyal travellers by invitation only).
You can, however, get a little bit of cashback when booking easyJet.
easyJet is on the Nectar eshop.
This means you can get Nectar points when booking flights. You must access the Nectar eshop in order to earn Nectar points and will receive Nectar points for every valid transcation. This includes extra luggage and credit/debit card charrges.
However the rate is not exceedingly generous. You will earn 1 Nectar point for every £1 you spend on easyJet, which is equivalent to 0.5% cashback.
There are a few Nectar redemptions that are worth more than 0.5p per point which are outlined on our “Current Points Offers” page.
I assume that the only reason easyJet is on Nectar eshops is that they are a Nectar redemption partner and a bit of pressure was applied! It may even be that Nectar is funding the points itself – as part of its deal with easyJet.visit the Shopper Points home page for the latest news and offers.
