How to earn bonus Clubcard points with Tesco Wishlist

With Christmas just 16 days away you might want to find a way of making it easy for others to give you gifts you actually want/need.

Tesco Direct has a wishlist service that is worth having a look at.

For every item someone buys from your wishlist, you will get Clubcard points.

How does it work?

It’s simple. You shop on Tesco Direct as usual and instead of putting items in your basket, you can add them to your wishlist.

After adding your first item you will be taken to your wishlist and can give it a name.

This is also the page where you can add email addresses of people you would like to see your list.

Whenever someone buys an item from your list, you will get 1 Clubcard point per £1.

You will, however, not receive any extra Clubcard points from promotions. If for example your list contains LEGO products and there is a ‘500 extra Clubcard points for £30’ offer on, you will get the base Clubcard points and whoever buys the LEGO will get base points plus the 500 extra Clubcard points.

  1. Can you still get points from shopping portals e.g. Virgin Shops Away, as well as the extra clubcard points from the wishlist? Or is it one or the other? Thanks.
