Today’s post is going to be slightly different. We thought about having a look at Tesco’s fashion brand F&F and telling you how to earn Clubcard points when buying clothes.
However, earning Clubcard points with F&F is so simple, it wouldn’t have filled a whole post.
You get 1 point for every £1 spent. That’s it.
As far as I can remember, F&F has never offered bonus Clubcard points for buying specific pieces or spending a certain amount. You just get 1 point for every £1.
Therefore I decided to have a look at the clothes themselves to find out if you can create great spring / summer outfits with them. Here are my choices:
Outfit 1
Looking for an outfit for the beer garden? How about these denim boyfriend shorts for £14, a white fringed shirt for £16, wedges for £18, aviator sunglasses for £3.50, a white cross body handbag for £10 and a jacket for £29 as even summer evenings can get a bit chilly.
Outfit 2
Going to the seaside? This outfit will take you from the sea front to the beach. Combine the rose print skater dress for £25 with brown espadrille wedge sandals for £12, a crochet straw cross over bag for £6 and chunky frame sunglasses for £5 and bring this swimming suit in my favourite shade of blue for £18.
Outfit 3
Who said you always need to wear proper tops? The black swimsuit for £16 looks great with these black floral print trousers for £12. Add a white waterfall cardigan for £12, pair of retro sunglasses for £7, flip flops for £3, and a white floppy hat for £10 and you’re ready for the city and the beach.
Outfit for him
Yes, I also put together an outfit for men. And yes, it has got a Star Wars t-shirt which costs only £8 and is pretty cool. Combined with chino shorts for £12, a sleeveless zip-through hoodie for £10, skater shoes for £12 and sunglasses for £5 it’s the perfect weekend outfit.
These are only my ideas, but creating these outfits showed me that F&F actually does have quite nice pieces. And earning Clubcard points when buying clothes is a bonus. You will find the Clothing At Tesco home page here.

What’s with the full page children’s film advert that keeps appearing over this sites page recently?
Makes me click off.
It is only temporary. I don’t have full control over it unfortunately – although I have stopped the agency putting wrap-around ads on SP and HFP.

Star Wars T-shirt… That alone is worth diverting to Tesco for this week’s shop!
