Clubcard Boost plus up to half price on selected Male Shaving and Grooming (good for Fathers Day)

If there is one thing in this world I have absolutely no clue about, it’s probably male shaving and grooming. Mainly because I’m female and I do not work in a barber shop.

However I do know that up to 50% off anything is good, which is why I think I can write about male shaving and grooming in this case!

Until 19th June Tesco Direct is offering up to half price on selected Male Shaving and Grooming and the products are also included in the current Tesco Boost Event.

Because of my lack of knowledge there is not much I can say about the products – except that these might make good Fathers Day gifts for June 19th …..

The Braun Series 3 3040s-4 Rechargeable Wet & Dry Foil Electric Shaver for example has got really good reviews and 4.5 stars. The original price was £99 and it’s on offer for just £45. If you use your Clubcard Boost vouchers, you will technically pay only £22.50.

The Philips AT886/16 Aquatouch Shaver for £60 instead of £120 has got 4.6 stars and looks pretty cool – which is a good reason to buy a shaver, right?

You can find the whole list of products included in this offer on the Tesco website.

In order to save up to 50%, you need to order by 19th June (Fathers Day!) and remember the Clubcard Boost event is still on until 26th June.

  1. The ‘original price’ for the Braun shaver above is entirely imaginary. Today’s price at amazon is £35.99 and over the last two years, it’s only once been above £50 (a few days in 2014).

Personal care is rife with this kind of dishonest pricing.

  2. I agree with Paul. I have bought three electric shavers in the past six months due to the dog being partial to them while they were on charge. I have been buying from Boots due to their points scheme – I usually spend the points on sandwiches and the like at the airport.
