Nectar and Expedia have teamed up to offer you TRIPLE POINTS on certain bookings made before Wednesday 29th June.
The standard Nectar / Expedia earning partnership is detailed here. In summary, you receive:
Car rentals – 200 points
Flight bookings – 200 points
Hotel bookings – 200 points
Package (flight + hotel, flight + car) bookings – 1,000 points
This is not hugely generous but is obviously better than nothing if you are booking with Expedia anyway. You can add your Nectar number into your Expedia profile so it is added automatically every time you book.
Until Wednesday, you receive triple points on the following bookings made for travel by 30th September:
Hotel bookings – 600 points
Package (flight + hotel, flight + car) bookings – 3,000 points
If you are the sort of person who saves their Nectar points until they can get at least 1p via a promotion, this starts to look interesting. (This page of Shopper Points discusses some of the best value Nectar redemptions.)
Note that this deal is targetted but appears to be widely available. Nectar is tweeting about it without mentioning it is targetted so the vast majority of cardholders must be eligible. To check, either look at your offers in the Nectar app or visit this page on the Nectar website – if you see the offer, you’re eligible.
The terms and conditions for the triple points promotion can be found here on the Expedia site.
