Tesco has got another offer on iTunes gift cards as a back-to-uni cheer-up, although you don’t need to be a student to take part.
Until 18th September you will get up to 20% off iTunes gift cards.
- £21.25 for a £25 gift card (15% off)
- £25.50 for 3 x £10 gift cards (15% off)
- £42.50 for a £50 gift card (15% off)
- £80 for a £100 gift card (20% off)
This offer is available online and in-store until 18th September.
The gift cards can either be posted or you can receive a download code. The latter will save you the delivery charge.
You can order your iTunes gift card on this page of the Tesco website.
As always, you will also receive 150 Clubcard points when you spend £50 on gift cards.
This offer has been running for a few years now and shows no signs of ending, even though it is rarely promoted in stores. It does not include Tesco own-brand gift cards like F+F and other Tesco brands.
How does this offer work?
You need to spend £50 after deducting the saving – buying a £50 iTunes card but paying only £42.50 for it does not trigger the bonus points
If you spend less than £50, you won’t receive any Clubcard points at all, as you do not receive base Clubcard points on gift card purchases.
You will receive 150 points per £50, so a £100 purchase will earn you 300 Clubcard points
You can mix and match the gift cards you buy as long as none are for Tesco or Tesco-owned businesses
If you buy in-store, the 150 free points are added at check-out. If you order online, the points do not show on your receipt but will be added a few weeks later.
This iTunes offer ends on 18th September. Although, knowing Tesco, a similar deal will be along very shortly afterwards …….!
