Earn 5 x Nectar points with new Nectar partner Europcar

Nectar has a new earning partner.

From now on you can earn Nectar points with your Europcar car rental.

The earning rate is 1 point per £1, however, there is a generous launch offer.

Until 7th February you will get 5 points per £1

How does it work?

The 5 x Nectar points offer is only valid on car pick ups in the UK.

This means you need to choose a UK branch as your preferred pick up location.

During the ‘Review and Pay’ step you can add your Nectar card to earn points with your booking.

Here is the small print for the offer:

  • car must be collected in the UK
  • last day to collect is 30th June 2018.
  • only up to a 20 days rental
  • cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or third party loyalty programme
  • points will be awarded within 8 weeks of car rental

Full T&Cs and more information about the partnership can be found here.

Hertz has left

Whilst Nectar is celebrating the launch of their new car rental partner, they’ve silently gotten rid of their old car rental partner Hertz.

For those who don’t remember the earning rate with Hertz was 2 points per £1 – more reason to jump on the 5 x Nectar points offer with Europcar while it lasts.

  1. I’m sure its been noted / noticed (and not entirely linked to Nectar) but Hertz have tied in with Starwood now (which makes sense, as I believe they had a tie-in with Marriott)
