How to get Now TV passes for £3.99 a month if your free period is about to expire

If like me you jumped on the last extra Clubcard points with a Now TV box offer (£12.50, 500 Clubcard points, free pass plus rent a movie voucher), you might have decided to continue using Now TV as the selection is currently way better than Netflix and Prime – in my opinion.

As I will be on holiday later this month, I decided to cancel my cinema pass and renew it at a later point.

Throughout the cancellation process I found out about something interesting: If you say ‘I still want to cancel’ enough times, Now TV offers you a discount on the pass.

Cancelling Now TV is a little bit like cancelling your Facebook account. But instead of showing you all the friends that will miss you, you will see all the movies you will miss out on.

I think I clicked ‘I still want to cancel’ three times until I saw this screen – I was offered the chance to keep my cinema pass for just £3.99 per month for four months:

Now, I don’t know if everyone who wants to cancel gets this offer, but it’s worth checking as you can save 60% for the next four months.

Yes, my experience was similar. I continued with Cancel as I was going to be away for a while.

  2. Sebastian Caraballo says:

Same with me. And i got the offer for 4 months! Thanks

  3. Even better buy a 6 month pass on eBay for circa £20!

  4. Victoria Davis says:

Once your reduced rate has expired, do it again. The 2nd time it will not give you any discount – however, you will then receive an e-mail the following day offering you a reduced rate of £3.98!
